We make the four kinds of baby diapers Indian buyers ask for most: baby diaper pants, tape diapers, newborn diapers and premature baby diapers. Every size from NB to XXL is available.

How our manufacturing works

Cushies diapers are made on fully automatic diaper machines at audited partner factories in India. The machine forms the absorbent core from fluff pulp and super-absorbent polymer (SAP), layers it between the soft top sheet and the breathable back sheet, adds the elastic and tapes, then cuts, folds and packs each diaper. Quality checks on every batch

Samples from each batch are tested for absorbency, rewet (how dry the surface stays), leakage, tape and waist strength, and softness. Every carton carries a batch code so any issue can be traced. Read about our quality process.

Minimum order and prices

  • Minimum order: 20,000 pieces per SKU for Cushies-branded stock, and 50,000 per SKU for private label.

What goes into a Cushies diaper

Six layers, each with one job: keep the baby dry, comfortable and leak-free.

  1. 1Top sheetSoft non-woven fabric that touches the skin. Lets wetness pass straight through so the surface stays dry and gentle.
  2. 2Quick-spread layer (ADL)A thin layer just under the top sheet. Spreads liquid out fast so it does not pool in one spot or leak.
  3. 3Absorbent coreFluff pulp mixed with super-absorbent polymer (SAP). SAP turns liquid into gel and holds it, even when the baby sits or sleeps on it.
  4. 4Core wrapTissue that wraps the core. Keeps the core in shape so it does not lump or break up when wet.
  5. 5Breathable back sheetCloth-like outer cover with tiny pores. Stops leaks but lets air through, which helps prevent rashes.
  6. 6Leg cuffs & waistbandStretchy elastic at the legs and waist. Seals the edges for a snug fit without red marks.
