Good diapers come from good checks. Here is exactly what we test and why it matters to a baby, a parent and a shop owner.
The tests
| Test | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Absorbency | How much liquid the diaper holds before it is full |
| Rewet | How dry the surface stays when pressed after wetting. Lower rewet means drier skin. |
| Speed of soaking | How fast a sudden gush is pulled in, so it does not run off |
| Leakage | Whether liquid escapes at the legs or back |
| Tape and waist strength | Tapes stay fastened; waistbands stretch without tearing |
| Skin safety | Materials are gentle, with a skin-friendly pH and no harsh smell |
Batch coding
Every carton carries a batch code with the production date. If a buyer ever reports a problem, we can trace it to the exact production run.
Specifications in writing
For private label and large orders, we agree a written specification: size, materials and test results. Production is checked against it.
Certificates and reports
Test reports and certificates are shared with buyers on request. We only list certificates on this site once the document is uploaded.
