How to Choose a Baby Diaper Manufacturer: 10-Point Checklist

Your diaper is only as good as the factory behind it. Use this checklist when comparing baby diaper manufacturers.

Range: Can they make both pants and tape, in every size you need?
Specification: Will they agree a written spec for your diaper?
Softness: Feel the top sheet and waistband. Is it soft, with no rough edges?
Absorbency and dryness: Pour water on a sample, wait, then press a tissue on it. A good diaper stays dry on top.
Leak guards: Are the leg cuffs raised and stretchy?
Testing: Do they test every batch, and will they share reports?
Batch codes: Can every carton be traced to its production run?
MOQ: Is the minimum order realistic for your first launch?
Pack design help: Will they help with your artwork and legal pack details?
Delivery and payment: Are lead times and payment terms written down?
